Bigger Killer: Smoking Or Obesity?

eating cheeseburgers every night and skipping the gym can be just as bad for your health? According to a recent study by researchers at the University of Oxford, being overweight can take years off your life, and in some cases may be as dangerous as smoking. Those with a BMI of 30 to 35 shaved about 3 years off their lives. But just like you can choose to quit smoking, you can choose a healthier lifestyle that will help keep you on the planet for your family and loved ones.
